KEY FIGURES 關鍵數字
Hong Kong residents may hold a BNO passport; Macao residents may hold a Portuguese passport obtained in Macao before Portuguese administration ended. Other foreign travel documents affect eligibility. A former Mainland resident, or someone who has served in a Mainland party, government, military or political body, may be reviewed jointly by the National Immigration Agency, the National Security Bureau and the Mainland Affairs Council.
香港居民可持BNO；澳門居民可持葡萄牙結束治理前於澳門取得的葡萄牙護照。其他外國旅行證照影響適用資格。原為大陸地區人民，或曾任職於大陸黨政軍、公務或政治性機構者，其申請得由移民署會同國安局、陸委會審查。

A stay of 183 days in a tax year establishes tax residence. After registration, HK/Macao-source income is exempt from income tax and enters the alternative minimum tax calculation.
一課稅年度在臺滿183天者為居住者。設籍後，港澳來源所得免納所得稅，並列入所得基本稅額計算。
